The Frank & Friends Show gives you a chance to hear Frank Murphy’s unusual perspective on life. Over the years, radio listeners in Knoxville, Los Angeles, and Washington would hear Frank talk about his family, his frugality, and his fig trees. He and his friends will also talk about comedy improv, travel, food, and other things that make Frank so Frank. Expect to occasionally hear from guests with interesting stories to add about radio, improv, and East Tennessee. The show is available on YouTube and your favorite podcast app. Learn more at https://www.frankandfriendsshow.com/

Krisha sings about the throat lozenge in Frank’s mouth. He tells her about a nice hand-me-down cardigan sweater he got over Thanksgiving and then stashed a Luden’s lozenge in the pocket. You can order the same lozenges at https://amzn.to/3mZNC2x
Krisha got her mamaw’s smoking sweater, which had tissues in the pocket. She is better at picking up her own tissues now that she lives alone. Frank says when you’re married, you have to give up waiting for your spouse to pick up whatever it is that you think they should pick up.
The episodes mentioning Ted Bundy and hiccups got more views than usual on YouTube. The Krisha & Frank Show has surpassed 1,000 downloads on Podbean. You can also listen on other podcast apps, including Spotify. Frank asks Krisha why everyone is sharing their top songs on Spotify.
Leave a comment with the Christmas songs you dislike most and the ones you like best.
Krisha wants to make a “Krisha & Frank Show Christmas Music Playlist” on Spotify. Two of his favorite Christmas songs are ones that people love to mock online: “Last Christmas” by Wham and “All I Want for Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey.
Krisha and Frank agree that “The Christmas Shoes” by NewSong is terrible and should never be heard again. They both love “Tennessee Christmas” by Amy Grant.
Frank says you have to have two all-Christmas radio stations so that you can switch away when “The Christmas Shoes” comes on. He heard “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas” on both Santa 104.9 in Tennessee and ChristmasFM from Ireland. Krisha sings “Hippopotamus” in Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre’s Christmas show.
Today’s episode is sponsored by BoneZones.com (don’t forget the S) where you can buy books and merchandise autographed by world-renowned forensic anthropologist Dr. Bill Bass. Mention the Krisha & Frank Show to get free shipping on Christmas orders.
